Yoga retreats have the potential to be truly transformative. They offer the chance to unplug from everyday life and distress while diving deeper into yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and more. Going on retreat is like pressing the pause button and giving yourself the opportunity to reset your body and your mind.
This one day retreat contains physical yoga, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation. Amongst others: the Antar Mauna (Inner Silence) and Ujjayi pranayama, as a preparation for the deeper meditation – Source of Energy.
In your free time you can enjoy the beautiful nature and go for walks by the Kävlinge river, seen on the picture above.
Both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners are welcome.
Our retreat schedule can look like this:
10.00 – 11.30 yoga session with physical yoga (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama)
11.30 – 12.30 relaxation and meditation
12.30 – 14.30 lunch
13.30 – 14.30 time for a walk
14.30 – 16.00 yoga session with physical yoga (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama)
16.00 – 17.00 relaxation and meditation
Me, Julie Yudina, certified yoga teacher with PhD in Biology and Pharmacology. I have been practicing yoga since 2002 and have participated in various yoga and meditation courses. I got my yoga teacher education at K-Yoga/Medborgarskolan, 2010 and deepening my knowledge in meditation at Ananda Mandala. Now I am running Yoga för hälsa i Lund with a focus on yoga and health and teaching yoga and meditation in Lund, Kävlinge and Eslöv.
