Yoga for a happy upper and lower back is for students who wants to focus on the back in order to be able to cope with problems with the back, or to keep the back in good shape and avoid problems.
We will be working with a series of exercises that strengthens the front- and back muscle groups to sustain the spine optimal, and add exercises for good flexibility. We work with the upper as well as the lower back, the seat and the neck. All exercises are done on the level that you as an individual are able to, and I’ll help making the best optimisations for your situation. During the course you’ll get advice on how to ajust your pose and move to prevent problems with the back. At the end of the course you’ll get a program for you to continue working with your back at home.
