Benefits of doing asanas include flexibility, improved health and mental stability. Asanas help you to relax your body and make it more supple and energetic. After doing asanas, a new energy flows throughout your body which gives you a good feeling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pranayamas<\/strong> (breathing exercises), to work with your energy. Practicing pranayama helps you to achieve mental peace. It also refreshes your body and soul.<\/p>\n<p>The class ends with the deep relaxation <strong>Yoga Nidra<\/strong>, which is derived from the tantras and is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously.
