Makko-ho: 6 types of movements which improve one`s: stretching and lissomness, metabolism, straighten up one\u00b4s spine, stimulate blood circulation and improves nervous system. At first every participant practices\u00a0 the movements separately, then they work together with additional elements, thus increasing the effect of the basic ones<\/p>\n<p>2. Practicing Shiatsu massage. Participants practice massage working in pairs in 15 minutes.
