They offer the chance to unplug from everyday life and distress while diving deeper into yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and more. Going on retreat is like pressing the pause button and giving yourself the opportunity to reset your body and your mind.<\/p>\n<p>This one day retreat contains physical yoga, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation. I have been practicing yoga since 2002 and have participated in various yoga and meditation courses. I got my yoga teacher education at K-Yoga\/Medborgarskolan, 2010 and deepening my knowledge in meditation at <a href=\"https:\/\/yoga-meditation.se\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Ananda Mandala<\/a>.
