Both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners are welcome and you don&#8217;t have to be on the same level.<\/p>\n<p>This one day retreat contains physical yoga, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation. <\/p>\n<p>In your free time you can enjoy the beautiful nature and go for a walk by the K\u00e4vlinge river.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teacher<\/strong><br \/>\nMe, Julie Yudina, certified yoga teacher with PhD in Biology and Pharmacology. I have been practicing yoga since 2002 and have participated in various yoga and meditation courses. I got my yoga teacher education at K-Yoga\/Medborgarskolan, 2010 and deepening my knowledge in meditation at <a href=\"https:\/\/yoga-meditation.se\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Ananda Mandala<\/a>. Now I am running <a href=\"https:\/\/satyayoga.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Yoga f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsa i Lund<\/a> with a focus on yoga and health and teaching yoga and meditation in Lund and Esl\u00f6v.
