We recommend bringing a light vegetarian meal so you don’t feel too heavy during the meditation and warm tee. Please refrain from bringing coffee and alcohol. Teachers Julie Yudina and Anna Cöster. Julie is a yoga teacher and scientist in biology and pharmacology. She has been practicing yoga since 2002 and has taught many courses at K-Yoga/Medborgarskolan. Julie is now running Satyayoga.se in Lund. Anna is a yoga teacher, high school teacher and musician. She got her yoga teacher education at Satyananda Yoga Sweden sys.se and has been teaching yoga and kirtan course since then. Bring Warm yoga clothes (OBS!
